Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of these goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of CEROIL PRODUCT, S.L. C/ Mestral s/n (Logística SERTRANS) P. I. Can Volart – Parets del Vallès 08150 – BARCELONA, e-mail info@ceroil.com and telephone 93 160 05 30, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without any undue delay and, in any event,  no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been met if the property is returned before the end of that period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Do not generally refuse products that do not contain the original packaging, have been used or are not in perfect condition. ✓ In this case, the consumer can be held responsible for their loss of value and decide what part of the amount to refund only after having made an individual assessment of each product, as established by law.
